In Shopping Cart, seller can sell the products or services they offer on Vivinavi and buysers can reserve or purchase the products or services listed on Vivinavi. Buyers will be charged fees by Vivinavi and sellers will receive fees through Vivinavi.

Procedures

STEP1
Seller will publish an article of product or service and set fees.
STEP2
Buyer will view the article and add product or service to cart.
STEP3
Buyer will be charged fees for product or service.
STEP4
Once reservation is confirmed, both seller and buyer will receive email notification.
STEP5
Seller provides product or service to buyer. (* Seller and buyer can send message to each other.)
STEP6
Seller receives fees.

How to confirm the delivery of product or service

  1. Seller scans buyer's QR code upon the delivery of product.
  2. Buyer scans seller's QR code upon the delivery of product.
  3. Buyer confirms the delivery by the confirmation email sent by seller.

About payment

  • You can pay by credit card or bank account.
  • You will be charged once a month to the payment method you selected.
  • Payment will be processed by the currency seller selected.

About service fees

  • No service fee is charged to buyer.
  • Listing items is free, but Cart Service Fee will be automatically charged to seller when item fees are paid. In case of charge back, Charge Back Fees will be charged to seller; in case of refund, Refund Fees will be charged to seller. Please read Terms of Use for more details.

About cancellation

  • You can cancel order only when seller approves it. Please contact seller for more details.

About subscription

  • Subscription item will be automatically reserved and its fee will be charged to buyer every month.
  • If you cancel subscription, your next order and future orders will be cancelled. Only seller can cancel completed orders. Please contact seller to cancel such order.
